Welcome to www.infinitegetaways.com (the “Site”) owned and operated by Infinite Getaways (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Site, and any bookings or services you purchase through us. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site or placing a booking, you (“you”, “your”, “Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms (together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and any booking-specific terms). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or make a booking.

2. Scope of Services

We facilitate travel services including tour packages, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and ancillary travel‐related services (collectively “Services”). Unless otherwise expressly stated, we act as an agent for the suppliers of these Services (hotels, transport, local operators, etc.). We do not own or operate these third-party services, and availability, quality, and performance are subject to the terms of the relevant service providers.

3. Booking Process & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through the Site or other channels we designate, and are subject to availability.

  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written (including email) confirmation from us.

  • Payment terms for each booking will be specified in the confirmation (including deposit, balance due date).

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when making a booking (e.g., names, travel documents, contact details).

  • You are responsible for ensuring you meet all visa, passport, health, domestic/regional travel requirements applicable to your itinerary.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices quoted on the Site or via booking confirmation are inclusive/exclusive of taxes, fees or surcharges as specified.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed. After confirmation, we will endeavour to honour the quoted price but reserve the right to adjust in the event of changes in airfare, currency exchange rates, taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier cost increases.

  • Payments may be made by various methods as specified on the Site at the time of booking. You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts due under your booking.

5. Changes & Cancellations

  • If you wish to modify your booking (dates, destination, number of travellers, services), you must notify us in writing. Changes are subject to availability and any applicable additional costs and supplier rules.

  • Cancellation by you is subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy (which you agree to as part of these Terms).

  • In the event we must cancel your booking (for example due to supplier failure, force majeure, or insufficient participation), we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will offer either a full refund or alternative services of equivalent value (subject to supplier terms). We shall not be liable for any other costs you incur (such as flights booked independently, insurance, visas, etc.).

6. Supplier Terms & Third‐Party Services

  • Many services you purchase via us are provided by third‐party suppliers (airlines, hotels, local tour operators, transport companies, etc.). Their terms, conditions, and liability limitations apply in addition to ours.

  • We do not guarantee the performance of these suppliers and are not liable for any act or omission of these suppliers.

  • You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the relevant suppliers while using those services (e.g., hotel check-in/check-out, baggage rules, local regulations).

7. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for having valid travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates) and arriving at designated departure points on time.

  • You must adhere to the itinerary, check-in times, baggage allowances, local laws and codes of conduct of the destinations or services.

  • If you fail to show up for a service (no-show) or miss due to delay, you may forfeit your right to any refund or transfer.

  • You must behave responsibly and not cause disruption, damage or danger to others; we may terminate your participation in a booking if you act in a manner we deem unacceptable, and no refund will be made in such circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of your booking or use of the Site is limited to the total amount you paid for the relevant Services.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, travel delays, additional expenses, or loss of opportunity.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, agents, suppliers and employees harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim or demand (including legal fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any law or regulation.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, software) is owned or licensed by us unless otherwise stated.

  • You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, modifying, distributing, transmitting, republishing or displaying any material from the Site without our prior written permission is prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of the Site and our collection/use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy (available on the Site). By using the Site and booking Services, you consent to our processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, governmental regulations, acts of terrorism or other causes beyond our control.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
